Where We Ship
We ship to all EU countries.
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and order size and will be calculated automatically at checkout.

We work with trusted delivery partners, including FedEx and Itella Smartpost, to ensure reliable delivery across our shipping regions.

Delivery Times
Most orders are delivered within 2–10 business days.
Depending on your location, delivery may take up to 14 business days, and in exceptional circumstances may take longer.

Customs & Duties
Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to additional customs duties or import taxes.
For destinations outside the EU, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Our complete and balanced recipes contain at least 82% highly digestible raw meats and fish, 13-14% vegetables and berries rich in antioxidants and fiber, and 3-4% all-natural boosters. No grains, fillers, starch or plant-source Omegas here.

High-quality meat and fish is not everything. It's also about proportion, balance and enhancement. Our recipes are curated in collaboration with DogRisk, a leading independent research institution focusing on canine health and nutrition at the University of Helsinki. We also have a research partnership with Tallinn Technical University to stay abreast of the latest innovations in food preparation and preservation.
