We ship via:
- FedEx (calculated rates across most regions)
- Itella Smartpost (flat/free rates in selected countries: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden)
Free shipping may be available in certain regions for qualifying orders.
Delivery Times
- Typical delivery: 2–10 business days
- Outside Finland & Baltics: up to 14 days
- Exceptional cases: up to 45 days

Customs & Duties
For orders shipped outside the EU, customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties. These may be charged separately by us or our logistics partners.
Hundar och katter frodas på en proteinbaserad kost, precis som naturen avsett.
Våra kompletta och balanserade recept innehåller minst 82 % lättsmält rått kött och fisk, 13–14 % grönsaker och bär rika på antioxidanter och fibrer samt 3–4 % helt naturliga tillskott. Inga spannmål, utfyllnadsmedel, stärkelse eller växtbaserade Omega-fettsyror här.
Vetenskapen i vår mat
Högkvalitativt kött och fisk är inte allt. Det handlar också om proportion, balans och förädling. Våra recept tas fram i samarbete med DogRisk, en ledande oberoende forskningsinstitution med fokus på hundars hälsa och näring vid Helsingfors universitet. Vi har även ett forskningssamarbete med Tallinns tekniska universitet för att hålla oss uppdaterade om de senaste innovationerna inom matberedning och konservering.
